Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

• We offer residential and commercial cleaning services in Kuwait.
• Services include regular cleaning, hourly bookings, and special packages.
• The scope of each service will be described at the time of booking.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website or directly with our customer service.
• Prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
• Payments can be made online.
• Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 12 hours before the scheduled time will be refunded in full or rescheduled free of charge.
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service may not be refunded, but may be rescheduled as subject to availability.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
• Any valuable or fragile items should be safely stored before the service begins.
• Customers are responsible for notifying us in advance of any special cleaning requirements.

5. Our Responsibilities

• We provide trained and uniformed cleaning staff.
• All standard cleaning supplies are included.
• Additional tools (iron, ladder, window cleaning kit) are available for an extra fee.
• We strive to provide high-quality and reliable service at all times.

6. Liability

• We are not liable for damages caused by normal cleaning processes unless due to proven negligence.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or improperly secured items.
• Customers must report any issues within 24 hours after the service for review.

7. Refunds

Refunds are only available in accordance with our Refund Policy (see separate page).

No refunds will be issued once the service has been fully completed.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
