Single Booking Cancellations
- A full refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
- If cancelled between 6-12 hours before the service, the customer is eligible for a full refund as store credit or a 50% refund to the original payment method.
- If cancelled between 1-5 hours before the service, a 50% refund will be provided as store credit only.
- No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled after the cleaner has arrived at the location.
This policy applies only to single bookings.
