Refund Policy

A simple overview of how cancellations, store credit, and refunds are handled for single bookings and packages.

Single Bookings

Refunds depend on how early you cancel

Packages

Non-refundable to bank accounts

Store Credit

Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

Single Booking Cancellations

  • A full refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • If cancelled between 6-12 hours before the service, the customer is eligible for a full refund as store credit or a 50% refund to the original payment method.
  • If cancelled between 1-5 hours before the service, a 50% refund will be provided as store credit only.
  • No refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled after the cleaner has arrived at the location.

This policy applies only to single bookings.

Packages, Monthly Plans, and Discounted Services

  • All packages, monthly plans, and discounted services are non-refundable.
  • Once a package is booked, it is considered reserved and allocated, including scheduling, staff assignment, and operational planning.
  • Packages cannot be refunded to bank accounts under any circumstances.
  • Packages may be converted into store credit only, which can be used for future bookings based on availability.
  • Unused visits within a package are non-refundable but remain available as store credit.
  • Rescheduling is allowed depending on availability. By purchasing a package, the customer agrees to these terms.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
