Full refund if cancelled at least 12 hours before the start time.

Full refund to store credit or 50% refund to your bank account if cancelled 6-12 hours before the start time.

50% refund to store credit if cancelled between 1-5 hours before the start time.

No refund if the booking is cancelled after the cleaner has arrived at your doorstep.
